So I never really got a chance to write up something for these shots.  This shoot was a total, blast, and I got to work with some of my favorite people in the industry around here.  We had a big collaboration night at one of my buddies studio spaces.  It was great getting a ton of creative people together in a room to create some amazing art.  Yes there was a bit of booze involved, but it was all in good fun.  The models that we had on set that night were fantastic.  This first one is Manda, and she’s one of my all time favorites, everytime we work together we end up getting some great work together.  We even had some ruckus apparel to use for this shoot, which was fun, and those guys are pretty awesome

.  I’m super happy to see young entrepreneurs like them making a real run for it.

Frankly it was just fun to have a night where everyone was interested in the same thing.  Making gorgeous portfolio worthy images that would blow away any potential client.  That’s what I love most about photography is delighting clients, and making something that makes them say wow!  That’s the payoff for me in photography.  It’s more to do with the reaction that I get from other people, than the reaction that I get when I edit the pictures myself.

These next shots are of Lauren Elizabeth.  And she’s bomber.  She and I actually shot together a long, long time ago, back when I didn’t have a clue what I was doing.  We certainly didn’t get these kinds of images.  She and I both have grown a lot over the years, and it was fun to work with her again after all this time.
