Top Hudson Valley Photographers
Here's all the locations that we can shoot in around the hudson valley.
Beacon
Beacon is such a rad place. I think I could probably talk for far too long about how great Big Mouth Coffee is. For a photo location its really rad. It's easy to cycle through looks quickly becasue there's places that make it really easy to change, and move onto the next shot. There's also a train station here so it's super easy to come up from the city to get here.
Tarrytown / Sleepy Hallow
Getting here by train is super easy, and it's such a quaint little day trip up from the city. I think they still run the express up here, and it's the first stop on the express which makes it super quick from grand central station, or 125th st. station. There's a ton of great locations around here, and the history is super interestinsg. If you want to know more about the history I think you're going to have to ask my wife.
Rhinebeck
Across the river from Kingston is the very cute, and posh town of Rhinebeck. Becuase it's so easy to jump between the two during a shoot it's easy to hit up both of them depending on how many looks we're doing during the shoot. There's also a ton of great food in Rhinebeck so it's great for an early afternoon shoot, and then you can go have an amazing dinner in town.
Kingston
When my wife and I were first looking for a spot to settle down up in the Hudson we looked at Kingston, and stayed at a very cute airbnb right off main street. There's plenty of fun little places to get some great pictures here.
Catskills
If you're coming from the city, I can pick you up at either Beacon or Poughkeepsie, and we can drive over. I've spent a ton of time around Phonecia and Woodsstock because my other passion is fly-fishing, so I'm constantly up there in the summer time.
Cold Spring
I love working in Cold spring, it has such a charming vibe to it. The main street here is completely adorable, and it's super easy to get some really charming photos here with that valley vibe.
Danbury
It's really easy to shoot around Danbury because there's plenty of nature, and gorgeous scenery around town. You can also get a more modern vibe with some of the backgrounds around town. For instance we can head towards the Lake Carmel area, and there's some really great little spots in there to find some epic shots.
