Man it’s been a wild ride lately.  I’ve been shooting nearly every weekend.  Having a blast in my studio.  It’s awesome, I can’t tell you how much fun it is to just be able to work on my photography.  Not to mention I’ve had the opportunity to work with some amazing models lately.  This here is Kristiana, and she was just a blast to work with.  Came with a ton of ideas, great person.  It’s so much easier to shoot fashion when you’re working with people who you actually enjoy being around.  I hate boring people.  I also don’t like feeling like I have to be a dancing bear to keep people entertained.  It’s just too much work to shoot and dance.  Seriously. Too. much. work.

For our shoot I had finally got some white tile board so I could shoot some of the stuff that I had been cropping down on white.  It was fun to shoot Kristiana full length because she’s got killer legs.  I rarely shoot full length, but the whole style of the shot just worked so well full length.  I love the reflections too, something I’m just so not used to.  So that was fun.

I’m really hoping engagement season picks up here though, because studio rent downtown has been feeling a bit pricey lately, especially with the small amount of paid work I’ve been getting lately.  It’s also time for my engagement SEO to start kicking in, hence the title on this post.  I gotta make sure that I rank nice and high during engagement season =) .
