Fashion Photography Denver Kelly

Kelly on MM

Wow winter sure did come out of nowhere.  Man I wish I would have had just a bit more time with all these wonderful fall colors.  I was such a gorgeous fall.  I think that fall has to be one of my favorite seasons warm, great colors, never too hot,  great lighting.  I mean honestly what more could you ask for.

Austin Flower Spring Photography

Alright Alright it might not actually be summer in Austin.  But it practically is.  Ok maybe not the blistering heat, but damn this Colorado boy was a bit warm.  I recently took a trip down to Austin for some business, and man did I have fun.  70 degrees, day or night.  It was so weird walking outside at night and it being warm.  Totally crazy!  I also got just a small chance to do a bit of photography while I was down there.

Man I’ve been lax in getting around to writing another blog post.  It’s been forever I feel like.  I just wanted to throw these up real quick and give you guys a look at this shoot that I’ve been working on lately.  On another note I took another awesome trip down to Austin that was really great for me.  It was great to meet a bunch of people down there and I was sad that I couldn’t stay for SXSW.  I do really love that place.  Although I have no interest in being down there with all the heat and humidity.  I hate that feeling of being gross whether you’re all clean or not.

Denver Food Photography Lime Light

First off if you’re looking for a Denver Food Photographer check out my portfolio.

Well,… here are the fruits of my labor… O man was that a bad joke.  I’m a little embarrassed for myself at this point.  But no really, I for some reason had a blast shooting this little slice of lime.  He had so much character.  I setup this shot by hanging this little guy in a part of my house with a little window between the kitchen and the dining room with a bit of tippet.  For all you non fly fishermen, that’s basically fishing line.  I had a shoot through umbrella camera left in the first picture, and I had it really close to the lime so i could get a good delineation between the lime and the background.

Engagement Photography Denver

First off if you’re looking for an engagement photographer take a look at my denver engagement photography portfolio.

Everyone…. say hi to Angela and Derek!  This couple flew all the way up to colorado from arizona just to have me shoot their engagement photos,…. alright I guess that’s not 100% true.  They came up to colorado to pick out a venue for their wedding, and wanted me to do some engagement shots for them while they were up here.  And man did we have some fun.  They were a really nice couple.  And it seemed like they were really nice to each other.  I always like seeing couples that really take care of each other.  It make photographing them so much easier, and the experience better for everyone including the photographer.  They were so great to work with, really easy going, and up for whatever.
